Hanging Around (Monarch Caterpillar Study #2)

Details: ISO: 200 | Exposure: 1/6 at f/16 | Focal Length: 90mm
Another view of the Monarch caterpillar that has taken up residence (temporarily) in recently planted milkweed. If you look closely, you can even see some of the caterpillar's eyes. Guessing from the size of the antennae (sometimes called tentacles) on the head, it will not be too much longer before this caterpillar begins its transformation into a mature butterfly.
