Ibis Perch

Details: ISO: 200 | Exposure: 1/500 at f/5.6 | Focal Length: 900mm*
An Ibis suns itself in the late-afternoon light from a safe, lofty perch.
*Since I've been posting a mix of scanned 35mm images and native digital images, I've been presenting the focal length in the effective length for 35mm. In the case of native digital, where the cameras have a 1.5x crop factor, the focal length has been multiplied. Thus, the focal length of this image was 600mm before the crop factor was factored in.
