Record Setting Form

FIU cornerback Lionell Singleton returns an interception 51 yards for a touchdown against the FAU Owls in the Shula Bowl. Singleton's interception of a Sean Clayton pass was one of five interceptions (setting a school record for FIU), and the Golden Panther's defense tied an NCAA I-A single game record with four interceptions returned for touchdowns.

With an intense look, FIU running back Ben West breaks a tackle on his way to the end zone in the second quarter of the Shula Bowl against FAU. West ran for 140 yards and three touchdowns, and broke the hundred yard mark for the second time this season.

FIU running back Ben West attempts to go up and over the goal-line for a touchdown in the second quarter of the Shula Bowl. The FAU Owls defense managed to stop West, but on the very next play, West broke through the line for a touchdown as the Golden Panthers cruised to a 52-6 victory over the Owls Saturday night.

Catching The Ball (On The Racquet)
While there are a number of challenges when it comes to photographing tennis, two of challenges I've always enjoyed have been catching the players' expressions and timing the shots so as to catch the ball at the point of impact with the racquet. Here are a few "catching the ball" shots from a tournament last weekend.
