Most people who plant Milkweed (pictured above) do so to attract Monarch Butterflies. In this case, the Milkweed also plays host to some small flying insects.

Rainy Days

With all the rain in South Florida last week, it proved too difficult to resist playing with raindrops playing with light.

Have you ever really looked at a raindrop? Watched it on a window as the light passes through it? It acts as a lens, refracting light. The next time it rains, take a good look at the raindrops on your window. If you look closely, you will see that each raindrop creates its own view of the world outside.
