The Golden Panther's dug themselves into a hole in the first half, and matched a program low for points scored in a half with only 11. While the Golden Panthers managed to pull within four, 41-37, with 7:28 left in the game, the Jaguars quickly extended the lead and never looked back. With the win, the Jaguars clinched the Sun Belt Conference West Division title.
